Up until now, our favourite thing of 2011 has been Josh Groban singing Kanye West tweets. It was hard to beat, but something even better has come along.
We're very proud to have been named today as winner of ThinkBroadband's Customer Service Awards for 2011 in the Large ISP category.
ThinkBroadband collects thousands of independent reviews from their visitors each month and these awards are based exclusively on those ratings over a year.
To be named as the best-rated provider is very rewarding for the BE team and encourages us to keep the emphasis on top-quality customer service to match our commitment to unlimited and unthrottled broadband.
