We just found out that you've voted us top again, this time in the Broadbandchoices Awards 2011.
As well as being named the Overall Winner by Broadbandchoices voters, we came top in 5 of the individual categories: Quality and reliability, Speed, Clarity of pricing/billing, Value for money and Speed of activation. The only one we didn't win (Customer service, which went to our parent company O2) we were 'Highly commended' for.
Like the brilliant ThinkBroadband award last month, we're proud to hear that these awards come from the independent votes of over 11,700 respondents - which means it's our members who are rating us for the quality service we work to provide every day.
Rather than repeating ourselves too much (we really are thankful though!), we decided to make a homemade infographic to help get our heads around the stats. We hope you like it:
